Hardware and firmware
We develop the whole device ourselves, from board design to production-grade firmware — infrared drivers, analogue inputs, relay outputs and wireless radio alike.
We design LoRaWAN sensors, Modbus/BACnet edge gateways, programmable remote I/O controllers and the cloud platform that manages them — from the circuit board and firmware to the control logic and the dashboard.
IoT projects usually stall in the gaps between layers: one company supplies the sensor, another builds the panel, a third writes the cloud. We design all three in house, so responsibility sits in one place.

Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet MS/TP and IP, LoRaWAN, MQTT, BLE. Our devices do more than move data: control logic running on PN Controls Studio keeps making local decisions even when the internet is gone.
Device registration and authorisation, telemetry, remote commands, alarms and firmware updates over the air. Runs on your own server or on infrastructure we operate.
Every product shares the same security model, the same factory process and the same cloud protocol. A team that has commissioned one of them already knows the others.
Multi-point read and control gateway for central VRF and HVAC systems
It reaches the entire system from a single connection point. It reads and writes hundreds of parameters — setpoint, room temperature, mode, fan speed, running state, fault code and energy data per indoor unit — and exposes them to building automation and the cloud at the same time. Instead of fitting a device to every indoor unit, you connect to the system once.
Battery-powered LoRaWAN environmental and field sensors. Wireless measurement with no cabling and no local infrastructure.
DetailsMulti-point read and control gateway for central VRF and HVAC systems. Hundreds of parameters from one point.
DetailsLoRaWAN Class C infrared HVAC controller. 25+ protocols, remote-control learning, BLE commissioning.
DetailsProgrammable remote I/O and Modbus controller family. Digital and analogue inputs, relay outputs, selectable Master/Slave role.
DetailsIndustrial multi-protocol edge gateway and LoRaWAN gateway. Ethernet, Wi-Fi and LTE with automatic failover.
DetailsThree-phase power analyser family. BMS integration over Modbus and BACnet, plus direct cloud reporting.
DetailsA field device runs for years, often somewhere physically easy to reach. That is why we treat security as a product's first decision: every device leaves the factory with its own identity, and that identity cannot be copied.
FIOTX is where PN Controls devices are registered, monitored, controlled and updated. Telemetry arriving over MQTT is stored in a time-series database, device state is managed through a shadow, and LoRaWAN traffic passes through an integrated network server.
Because it is container based, it runs the same way on a customer's own server, in the cloud, or on an industrial PC at the site — you decide where the data lives.
Registration, authorisation, grouping, configuration and desired/reported state through a shadow.
High-resolution time-series storage, dashboards, threshold and event-driven alarms.
View and edit the control diagram on the device from a browser; changes reach the device signed and reversible.
Firmware registry, staged rollout, version and failure tracking.
From maritime to retail, tank farms to cold rooms — what the goal is in your sector is collected on the sector solutions page. The two figures that defend the budget are usually the same: a lower energy bill and unplanned downtime avoided.
Split and VRF control, room-level comfort and energy savings, integration with existing BMS over Modbus and BACnet.

DetailsGetting machine data to the cloud, remote I/O, retrofit monitoring and smart connectivity inside control cabinets.
DetailsIf we do not support the protocol you meet in the field, the integration becomes your problem. That is why the product family is built around the common industrial protocols.

You may need an off-the-shelf product or a device developed under your own brand. A short call is usually enough to work out what is actually required.
